Welcome to Travsessed Adventures
By booking a trip, purchasing a travel product, or participating in a Travsessed experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1. Participation Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for:
• Ensuring they are physically and mentally capable of participating
• Obtaining valid passports, visas, and required travel documentation
• Complying with all local laws and regulations
• Following safety instructions from hosts, guides, and vendors
Participation in international and adventure travel involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept those risks.
2. Assumption of Risk
Travsessed trips may include:
• Physical activity
• Hiking or outdoor experiences
• Transportation by air, land, or sea
• Exposure to varying weather conditions
• Remote or international destinations
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
3. Medical Responsibility
You are responsible for:
• Assessing your own health and fitness level
• Carrying necessary medications
• Consulting with a medical provider when appropriate
Travsessed Adventures is not responsible for medical decisions made by participants.
Travel insurance is required for all international trips.
4. Itinerary Flexibility
While we design each trip intentionally, adjustments may be required due to:
• Weather
• Local conditions
• Vendor or transportation changes
• Safety considerations
• Government or regulatory changes
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary to ensure the best overall experience.
5. Payments & Default
All payments must be made according to the selected payment plan.
Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your reservation and funds paid.
All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
6. Behavior & Group Conduct
Travsessed trips are community-centered experiences.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior:
• Compromises safety
• Disrupts the group
• Violates local laws
• Negatively impacts the experience of others
No refund will be provided if removal is required.
7. Third-Party Vendors
Travsessed Adventures works with third-party providers including:
• Hotels
• Transportation companies
• Activity operators
• Guides
We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or changes made by third-party vendors.
8. Media Release
By participating in a Travsessed experience, you grant permission for photographs or video captured during the trip to be used for marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to departure.
9. Limitation of Liability
Travsessed Adventures is not liable for:
• Travel delays
• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Personal injury arising from inherent travel risks
• Loss of personal belongings
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Travsessed Adventures is registered.
