Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

We understand that life happens. Our goal is always to be fair, transparent, and reasonable — while also honoring the financial commitments required to operate international group trips.

 

Please review this policy carefully before booking.


Deposits

 

All trip deposits are non-refundable.

 

Your deposit secures your spot and allows us to immediately begin committing funds to accommodations, guides, vendors, and logistical planning.


Non-Refundable Portions

 

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

 

• Trip deposit

• Any processing fees

• Any vendor payments already made on your behalf

• Any non-recoverable third-party commitments

 

These costs are incurred regardless of participation.


If You Cancel Your Trip

 

If a traveler cancels their participation:

 

• Monthly payments will stop immediately upon written cancellation notice

• Refunds are not guaranteed

• Any refund amount will depend on vendor recoverability

 

We will make a good-faith effort to recover as much as possible on your behalf. However:

 

Refunds are limited to recoverable funds only, minus:

  • Deposit

  • Processing fees

  • Vendor payments already made

 

No refunds are guaranteed.


If Your Spot Is Filled

 

If your canceled spot is filled by another traveler, we will work to return as much recoverable money as possible.

 

This does not override:

• Non-refundable deposit

• Processing fees

• Vendor commitments

 

Refunds remain dependent on actual financial recovery.


Transfers

 

Trip spots are non-transferable.

 

We do not allow travelers to independently transfer their reservation to another individual.


If Travsessed Cancels the Trip

 

If Kim and Erran (Travsessed Adventures) cancel the trip for operational reasons:

 

Travelers will receive either:

• A full refund

or

• The option to transfer funds to a future trip

 

This decision may vary depending on timing and circumstances.

 

If a trip must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (government restrictions, natural disasters, force majeure events), options will be communicated clearly and promptly.


Travel Insurance Requirement

 

Travel insurance is required for all international trips.

 

Insurance protects you in the event of:

• Personal cancellation

• Medical emergency

• Trip interruption

• Travel delays

 

We strongly recommend purchasing insurance shortly after booking.


Written Cancellation Requirement

 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to:

Cancellation is effective on the date written notice is received.


Agreement

 

By booking a trip with Travsessed Adventures, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
